Terms of service
The basis on which Champion Coatings Plus quotes and carries out plastering, painting and repair work.
Quotes
Quotes are written specifications based on the surfaces and conditions visible at the time of inspection, or on the information and photos supplied. If undiscovered damage or additional scope is found once work starts, we will tell you before proceeding and provide a revised price. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Access and preparation
A safe, clear and accessible work area is required, along with power and water where needed. Furniture, fixtures and valuables should be moved or protected before we arrive; we protect floors and surfaces as part of our standard setup.
Products and finishes
We use trade-quality products suited to each surface. Paint and plaster finishes can vary slightly between batches and over time, so we recommend retaining a small amount of paint for future touch-ups, which we can leave with you on request.
Payment and insurance
Payment terms are set out on your quote and invoice. Champion Coatings Plus holds public liability insurance and can provide certificates of currency on request. Any concern about completed work should be raised with us within 14 days so we can inspect and rectify it.
